Starting with their vision, we mapped out Washington DC in detailed light grey, ensuring landmarks and local streets were subtly highlighted to spark curiosity and connection. Grace Fellowship had precise dimensions for their youth room wall, and after initial measurements, we added a safety margin to ensure flawless installation. Including building footprints as an extra layer of detail in the mural adds a rich, architectural dimension, offering a more immersive and detailed view of the cityscape. This enhancement allows viewers to appreciate the unique layout and design of the city, fostering a deeper connection with their local environment. For churches, this detailed representation can symbolize the community's footprint within the city, emphasizing the church's physical presence and outreach in a tangible way.
